Alternatively, you may notice just how busy your mind is, and you may be unable to quieten your mind. Do not worry, this is fine. There is nothing for you to do. All you need to do is be there as the witnessing presence.

After you have spent a while meditating, start to gently open your eyes, and then become aware of the room around you again. Try to meditate at least once per day, ideally twice.
