How To Easily Set And Achieve Any Goal

Friday, September 10th, 2010

There’s a lot written these days on how to make your dreams come true. “The Secret,” and various other Law of Attraction material that has been around for ages. Seemingly mystical and metaphysical processes that at best, seem to be hit and miss. The good news is that setting and achieving goals is a relatively simple process. Since you’d like to find out how, keep reading.

The mind is a prodigious organ that is beyond comprehension. That doesn’t mean there’s anything spiritual or magical about it. It merely means that it is an extremely intricate and highly performing thing that we have stuck between our ears. Unhappily, it doesn’t come with an owners manual, so most of us are completely clueless on how to operate it properly.

It can help to appreciate how it came to be in it’s present state. Through millions of years of development, people that had brains that helped them continue to exist typically did pretty well when it came to passing on their genes to their relatives. Those who had brains that made it complicated to survive (like the instinct to go up and pet a crouching tiger) generally didn’t live long enough to pass on his or her genes.

Evolution can be thought of as millions year long filtering procedure, and we are the results. Our brains are the result of millions and millions of years of opposition between and within our species. What does that mean for the average goal seeker now? How can that help you make money, attract friendship, and lose weight? Read on.

The brain has something called a reticular activating system. It’s that part of your subconscious that alerts your aware mind whenever something vital is around. A tiger, dinner, an attractive and likely mate. This helped our ancestors survive, as it kept most of the brain’s profound lifting down at the unconscious level. It’s also the reason you start to see red cars everywhere as soon as you purchase one. There are about a millions times more things going on around us that we can conceivably be knowingly aware of at any certain time. Our reticular activating system serves as filter so we don’t get bogged down in inconsequential stuff.

So how to we tap this pleasing evolutionary construction? Make your goals as crucial as you can. And make their attainment, what it will be like when you get there, as detailed as possible. Many people when setting goals make two massive mistakes.

Blooper number one is to not make them strong enough. They are generally little more than desires. Mistake number two is not being explicit enough. You can’t hit a target if you don’t know what it is.

By making your goal as strong as possible, a burning desire, and by making it as detailed as possible, you can’t help but achieve it. Your reticular activating system will be constantly scanning your situation to find things to help you get there.

We come preprogrammed with solid desires for sex and food. We automatically are alerted when these things are around. In order to persuade your subconscious that your goals are thoroughly important, you’ve got to take the time to practice thinking about them with adequate emotional force until your subconscious gets the idea that they really are important. Once that happens, achieving them will be mechanical.

Clearly and naturally harness your wonderful subconscious mind power and skyrocket your ability to influence social situations.

How To Tap Mastermind Level Vision

Friday, September 10th, 2010

Sometimes solving problems can be fun. Other times it can be maddening frustrating. When that happens, there isn’t much you can do. Maybe hope that something will come to you in a dream, or maybe you’ll get a flash of insight in those early hours of the morning. But what if there was a way to get genius inspiration any time you wanted? Keep reading, because there is.

The system is occasionally referred to as “Borrowed Genius,” and was originally developed by Win Wenger, author of “The Einstein Factor.” Mainly it involves a distinctive hallucination. Although if you wish, it can involve tapping into the super conscious mind that we all have admission to. Whichever you accept as true, it will succeed just fine.

The basic principle is to discover an expert in the area you are having your trouble, or obstruction, and ask their advice somehow. Napoleon Hill described this method as having several giants from American history over for dinner every Wednesday night. They would discuss problems of the day at length, and Hill would acquire valuable concepts. From Hill’s point of view, this was all make-believe, and simply a way of circumventing his brains natural creativity blocks, but others may judge it an honest tapping into the aforementioned super conscious.

You may call your specialist over for dinner, or basically channel them through whatever scheme you choose. The trick is to imagine with all you might that you are truly, in fact, speaking with this expert. The stronger your belief in the practice, the better it will work.

You may choose to talk with your expert habitually, and develop a relationship with him or her. This way they will be much more enthusiastic to help you, and much more receptive, should the need arise. Nothing is worse than having a vital problem and having to wait on a tardy imaginary expert.

Another more radical method was fashioned by Wenger. This is best done by formulating your difficulty into a “How can I solve this dilemma,” kind of question. Then with the single query in the forefront of your mind, close your eyes.

Visualize that you see your expert, or genius up ahead. They are facing away from you. Walk up softly behind them, and when you are settled right behind them, say the inquiry to yourself one more time. Then reach up, clutch their head, and hastily put it on your body. Without delay ask the question again, and see what reaction pops into your borrowed mind, with all the borrowed experience and knowledge. Odds are you’ll come up with a doozy that you never would have thought of before.

Keep in mind that there is nothing miraculous or mystical going on here. You are merely using a self created vision to get your creative juices flowing. If it works, then use it. Einstein, as well as other great minds of science are well known for using outrageous imaginations to help them come up with their concepts. If it worked for them, it can certainly work for you.

Easily and genuinely direct your mind-boggling subconscious mind power with the easy application of nlp.

How To Remove Trepidation And Give A Dazzling Speech

Friday, September 10th, 2010

Recent polls indicate the public speaking is the number one fear of Americans. Even more than death. If you need to give a speech, and you happen to be shaking in your boots, you’ve come to the right place. There are a few simple tricks that you can learn that will help you to feel more comfortable, and speak more eloquently.

The first measure is to be familiar with your material. You should be able to converse about it naturally with a stranger at the local sandwich shop. And you should be all set to reply self-assuredly to any questions they may have. Best way to get ready for this? Think of all the questions you unquestionably don’t want to be asked, and basically arrange three or four answers for them.

The following action is how you frame the speech. If you envision yourself standing in front of a group of strangers or classmates and hoping for their approval, you’re sunk before you even begin. A healthier frame would be simply that you have imperative resources that they may be able to make use of. That way, even they are bored stiff (which they won’t be after you learn the next two tricks), they aren’t rejecting you, they just aren’t specifically engrossed in the information.

The next action is how you deliver your speech. Begin with anything that catches the crowds attention. Controversial statement, a lively explanation of benefits, some dreadful and hideous thing that may happen to them if they don’t take heed of your resources. Anything that gets them wondering: “Holy Moses! I’d better pay attention to this!” Remember that everybody is concerned in how your information can help them. So deliver it appropriately.

The subsequent step is your body language and stance while speaking. Stand up straight, shoulders back, and keep your gaze leisurely sweeping across the spectators as you speak. If you can’t bring yourself to look anybody precisely in the eye, gaze at their foreheads, or at the top of their heads. They won’t recognize the discrepancy.

One more powerful trick is where you put your pauses. Pausing can be a wonderful utensil in your arsenal. Most people put pauses where they would if they were writing. Everywhere the periods are. A much more efficient place to set pauses is right smack dab in the core of a sentence. If possible between a verb and its object. For example, instead of saying, “I ate an apple,” try saying “I ate….an apple,” as an alternative. It will make a lot of response potential, and your listeners will be ravenous for more.

These straightforward ideas taken together can make you a influential and influential speaker. Toastmasters is most certainly the best place to try these out, as you can pick nearly any issue you’d like to speak about. As a side benefit, public speaking will do wonders for your self-esteem and self-confidence.

Readily and universally harness your incredible subconscious mind power and learn about powerful commentary adjectives

Change Your Life In Seven Days – Self Confidence

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

Do you have a faint suspicion that people who look like they have a lot of confidence are really just as insecure as you? Really, most people do not have a bounty of self confidence. Usually, the more they look like it on the outside, the more they are relying on the Pretend self to get by. The Pretend self is one of three identities that dictate our actions and words.

There is the Pretend self: the person you pretend to be (some people use this in the “fake it until you make it” pursuit of life), your Negative self: all the bad things you think you are, and Authentic self: the person you truly are at the core.

Because folks fear not fitting in, many people hide behind the Pretend self. It hurts to be judged by others. If you fit in, you won’t be judged. It takes a lot of energy to live the Pretend self and over time, you forget how to be an Authentic person.

Now, the Negative self is fueled by insecurities. Certain actions bring the Negative self to the forefront. Like, when someone calls you a name, you become upset. Your Negative self actually believes that you symbolized that bad remark. In Change Your Life in Seven Days, Paul McKenna states, “Any negative traits you identify are not really yours – they belong to your negative self-image and were programmed into you when you were a child. By identifying them honestly, you can let them go.”

On the other hand, Authentic self is your core person (minus the negative and fake parts). This is the self that has dreams and aspirations, the one that feels it’s heart swell with so much love when people you cherish are nearby. This self is powerful and unstoppable when allowed to dominate your actions. It is easy to attain once you recognize the negative and false dialogues running through your head. Change your life. Get instant confidence by identifying the negativity within by using the quick book (under 300 pages) Change Your Life in Seven Days. Then get started on the external forces in your life.

Change Your Life In Seven Days – NLP Explained

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It characterizes the management of thoughts and feeling provoked through language, both spoken and body language. Self help practitioners such as Paul McKenna, author of Change Your Life in Seven Days, use NLP because of it’s powerful influence on negative habits.

Using an unsuspecting friend, try this experiment. Making sure you can see them, text them this message.

Scratch off lottery tickets were Your favorite. Who Knows what that is now.

Make sure to capitalize Scratch, Your and Knows (you’re emphasizing them to stand out). You’re providing a embedded command to your sender to scratch their nose. Don’t be concerned with knows and nose. They are phonetically ambiguous and the brain still process the visual. Now, see if they scratch their nose while they are reading the text.

How people respond to communication is what NLP is all about. NLP practitioners use observations to determine which communications prompt the desired outcome and which ones don’t. New communication patterns are then developed for the patient. Programs such as stop smoking and losing weight utilize principles of NLP to create new responses to external influences.

Many times when you communicate, you are managing to send multiple messages through your body language, eye movement, tone of voice, pace of speech and even your speed of breath. What if, consciously, you could choreograph these paths of communication efficiently? Right now, you probably use a shotgun approach with very few filters and learned negative body communication.

Like the desperate sales person trying to sell the client but the client has clued in on the anxiety and becomes guarded. The frustrated husband trying desperately not to lose his temper, but the wife reads the tenseness in his hands and begins to pace the house nervously. What about the insecure student who’s teacher reads his shyness as insubordination and manages to alienate him further from learning?

With miscommunication everyone loses. People picked up poor communication patterns through unsuccessful interactions with friends and family. They are destructive and at best unproductive.

Communicating your intent is what NLP helps out with. NLP is a collection of explanations of what works for you. These are individualized so there is no one set that works for everyone. Studying NLP, you can, however, identify communication rituals that occur between yourself and others. How other people react to your modified communication styles will give you the feedback toward improvement. Can you imagine skillfully communicating to your clients, parents, partner and the kids?

Change Your Life In Seven Days – Hypnosis Simply Explained

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

Some professionals claim they can change your life in seven days. I’m not going to tell you what to believe about hypnotism because you are going to make up your own mind. But an individual could get a lot of help using hypnotism, self or with a professional, after all. You may already feel a sense of optimism from starting something new. You could enjoy hypnotism because there’s no reason not to. It’s up to you.

Let’s try something. Picture a lemon in your hand. It’s firm. You place it on the cutting board. Now, you cut the lemon into wedges. Since it was firm, there seems to be a lot of juice all over your fingers. Closing your eyes, you take a bite of that lemon, savoring the tartness. Hold it there. What has happened? Your tongue is tingling and you have excess saliva in your mouth. This is a direct response to my suggestion. Your mind cannot tell the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined.

Let’s start with the basic effects of hypnosis. Hypnotism is a different state of consciousness. Most times the hypnotized have a feeling of peaceful relaxation and increased suggestibility. This suggestibility provides entertainment for the people who want to see stage hypnotists such as Paul McKenna, Justin James and Michael Bane. These entertainers turn average citizens into dancing buffoons, the classic chicken and the newly popular strippers.

On the other hand, clinical hypnosis is very useful for helping people through problems. Hypnosis has been used to stop smoking for good and weight loss. Other uses of hypnosis is light anesthesia for surgery and also as a pain reduction technique. This is where the brain truly takes care of the body.

The mechanics of hypnosis appears to be a form of disassociation. In psychology and psychiatry it refers to the state of being separated. This separation is a perceived detachment of the mind from the emotional self or even a separation from the body. It is characterized by a sense of the world as dreamlike, and possibly accompanied by a poor recollection of the events that took place during the disassociation.

As a side note, where the memory gets separated from the other parts of the brain, is a basic ingredient to amnesia and in severe cases, multiple personalities. However, under hypnosis, the mild disassociation is under complete control of the hypnotist.

The command-center, the frontal lobe, is temporarily slowed down. Activity to and from the emotional control (limbic system) and the sensory perception (parietal lobes) are reduced as well. Without the executive functioning part of the brain fully engaged, the hypnosis is free to suggest commands that the fully engaged patient would dismiss. Most suggestion are easily adopted when the censoring, judging and criticizing part of the brain is on is not such a driving force.

Power Of Persuasion–How To Rapidly Master Persuasive Secrets

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

The persuasive secrets that enable you to master the power of persuasion immediately and effortlessly should be based upon increasing your social status. By increasing your social status, you will literally increase every opportunity in your life and doors will open up for you that earlier had once been closed.

You increase your social status by playing what the disguised forms of hypnosis call “The Alliance Game”. You need to use persuasion tactics to make profitable alliances that will give you with more assets. Once you have access to the assets of your alliances, you will then be able to create what the covert forms of hypnosis refer to as a “Pivot Ladder”.

Pivot ladders are stepping stones that you establish within social structures so that you can use one group or alliance as a stepping stone into a higher group or class system. The pivot ladder is your path to success and greatness, and one you have climbed to the top of one social environment, what you can do is use this powerful positioning to “pivot” unto another social environment. In the disguised forms of influence, this is also known as “Scaling The Class Systems”.

Each class system and group will give you leverage to open other class systems and groups. The same theory applies to the systems used for group management too. One group will give you access to another group if you know how to make use of your status in one group to infiltrate another group. These are some of the devastating persuasive tactics used in social environments by politicians, world leaders, celebrities, and even athletes.

An easy example of how this is done could be to fully think about a successful singer. If a person is famous and successful at singing, it is easy for them to use their leverage as a singer and break in the Hollywood film industry. The singer can use their contacts in music to hook up with contacts in the movie industry. So, what they are doing is exchanging their social value in one business for social value in a new trade.

This collection of persuasive techniques are what disguised hypnosis portray as The Exchanging Processes. The exchanging process is where you make use of your social value in one group or class system and exchange it for social value in another class system or group. Or, you simply use the social value that you have to make a way into a higher group. In the art of mind control, there is not anything as potent as playing The Alliance Game.

Every person has heard that it’s not what you know, it’s whom you know. This means in order to master the power of persuasion and covert hypnosis, you must entirely learn how to play The Alliance Game.

the art of persuasion is the most needful and important thing anybody should ever learn. Master the real hidden secrets of subliminal persuasion now in order to live a more rewarding life. Uncover this wisdom for yourself by downloading your free persuasion audio now!

Change Your Life In Seven Days – Creating Your Self Confidence

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

Do you have a faint suspicion that people who look like they have a lot of confidence are really just as insecure as you? Really, most people do not have a bounty of self confidence. Usually, the more they look like it on the outside, the more they are relying on the Pretend self to get by. The Pretend self is one of three identities that dictate our actions and words.

With the Pretend self, you create an image of yourself that you want to be. You aren’t, however, that person on the inside. A kind of fake it ’til you make it situation. On another level, there is the Negative self. This identity collects all the bad things that have ever been told to you and creates a destructive version of you. In the middle is the Authentic self. This is the tender person that you really are.

For many, the fear of being judged prompts those to hide behind the Pretend self. A lot of energy is consumed to use the Pretend self as a shield. As you know, it can be exhausting. Those who use the Pretend self on a daily basis will eventually lose touch with the Authentic self.

Negative self is present due to insecurities. When people criticize us, we start a running dialogue in our head that is focused around those criticisms. We try to bury Negative self, but conditioned responses bring it to the forefront without our consent. Say, when someone calls you a name, you become upset. You become upset because internally, you actually believe that you represent that remark. Stated in Change Your Life in Seven Days, “Any negative traits you identify are not really yours – they belong to your negative self-image and were programmed into you when you were a child. By identifying them honestly, you can let them go.”

On the contrary of the hiding and negativity, the Authentic self is the real you. This identity is the one with big dreams and noble goals. The Authentic self is filled with so much joy when loved ones are near and completely unstoppable when allowed to flourish. Once you identify the negative and false ideas that you have, you can access that Authentic self. You can change your life. You can develop that confidence by reading self help books such as Change Your Life in Seven Days. Once you fix yourself on the inside, you then can fix the external forces in your life.

Change Your Life In Seven Days – How NLP Works For You

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It characterizes the management of thoughts and feeling provoked through language, both spoken and body language. Self help practitioners such as Paul McKenna, author of Change Your Life in Seven Days, use NLP because of it’s powerful influence on negative habits.

Using an unsuspecting friend, try this experiment. Making sure you can see them, text them this message.

I saw a Scratch on Your car. Who Knows who did it.

Now make sure you capitalize the words scratch, your and knows. They have to stand out just a little bit. What you’ve done is embedded the command, scratch your nose, to your friend. Knows and nose are phonetically ambiguous, so don’t worry about that. Did your friend scratch their nose?

NLP is the study of our thinking, behavior and language patterns. Most therapists who practice NLP use the information collected, through observation, to determine what patterns are working, what patterns are not working and also, how to change the ones that aren’t’ working. Stop smoking for good and hypnosis for weight loss patients are put through some drastic reprogramming to stop the bad self communication patterns.

When you communicate to other people, you communicate using your body, eyes, tone of voice, pace of speech and the speed of your breath. Many times not all of these are congruent and we end up sending multiple messages. Sometimes these messages actually conflict with what our verbal intent. What if you could get all these parts of your body and mind in sync and communicate what you really mean?

Take, for instance, a desperate sales person trying to close the deal. Because this sales person was communicating his fear, the client won’t probably buy. What about the frustrated husband? He’s trying to talk calmly to his wife, but she sees his clenched jaw and tensed shoulders. She knows they are headed for a fight.

People don’t get what they want when they communicate the wrong things. Most have created destructive or unproductive responses to communication. Do you take things personally when a friend declines an offer? Or, do you assume a request will be declined even before you make an offer?

NLP has to do with communication intent. It’s a set of descriptions of what works and what doesn’t. Now every individual has a different set that works for them, so there is no one set that everyone can refer to. But, with NLP, you can heighten you awareness of yourself and communication habits by reading the shifts in behavior in others. How others respond provide the feedback of the way you communicate. Can you imagine, one, figuring out how to the brain responds to language tactics and then, two, skillfully using language (like Cesar Millan with dogs) to work with clients, your parents, your partner and the kids?

Roxane Wehr believes the longest journey begins where you stand. Make that choice today and find that you can change your life in seven days.
